Wow. What a whirlwind the last few weeks have been! Since the release of Advanced Parenting earlier this month, I’ve been busy with book events, interviews, and celebrations to commemorate the book’s success. And I just wanted to say, thank you. I couldn’t have done it without you!
I’m so grateful for every gift of support you’ve offered me. Whether you bought the book, shared a post online, or told your friends about something you learned from my work… from the bottom of my heart, thank you!
The book is resonating with a wide range of audiences and I’m grateful to the various publications and podcasts that have spotlighted the book, including:
This journey has been a humbling and deeply gratifying experience. I always hoped my work would resonate with the target reader and having parents cry with me about feeling seen at book events has been so rewarding. I’ve learned a lot along the way. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned? You really can’t do it all.
This is something I talk about in the book (Chapter 12 FYI!), particularly the discomfort of asking for help when you need it the most. Often this means prioritizing the urgent and most important things and letting the “bouncy balls” drop, knowing that they’ll bounce right back up with little harm done.
On this point… as a HUGE thank you for your support, I’m offering exclusive access to my “How to balance your family’s priorities” workshop as a limited time gift with every purchase of Advanced Parenting. In this workshop, I share tips on how to prioritize with all the family’s needs in mind, while cultivating joy and happiness in the process. It really can be win-win if you have the right tools at your fingertips!
Thank you again for making Advanced Parenting a success. I’m so grateful for the community that this work has enabled me to foster. It’s good to know that as parents and caregivers we are not alone 💛
If you’re looking for non-book related content aboud children’s and parenting, I’d encourage you to check out these two recent posts which may help you worry less.
Until next time,
Kelly
